Aloísio Monteiro is one of the founders and the CEO of The Racing Factory.
His life has two fundamental bases: Porto and Detroit, where he dedicates himself body and soul to his family and to the business portfolio he leads, where he is a manager.
He graduated in Finance and has a Master Degree in International Business.
His professional and sporting careers already boast a track record of exceptional national and international importance, highlighting his immense global experience as a top manager in the automotive industry, and the enormous capacity to undertake and lead projects and teams.
Multi-faceted as he is, Aloísio Monteiro has always assumed the boldness of the initiative and the capacity to always be a preponderant element in the well-being and success of the teams he integrates, focusing the core of the organisations on the well-being and motivation of people, as factors that lead to consolidated success.
He combines his successful trajectory in the industry with his love for motorsports. His connection to the world of motorsport came early on, with connections to motorcycling, rallycross, off-road, and rallies.
In 2008, he participated in six rallies, as co-driver of Manuel Inácio in a Citroen C2 GT, spending the following year navigating Miguel Campos in a Renault Clio R3, a driver with whom he continued to work with in 2010 in a Ford Fiesta S2000 and became National Co-driver Champion. The year 2015 marks the move to the steering wheel of a rally car, where Aloísio Monteiro, navigated by Sancho Eiró, took part in three races driving the Renault Clio R3.
In 2016 he started his first cross-border experience, competing in the Clio R3T Iberian Trophy, where, the following year, he became Vice-Champion.
In 2018, at the wheel of a Škoda Fabia R5, he ventureson his first experience in the European Rally Championship, where he remains until today, already at the wheel of a Škoda Fabia R5 Evo.
Always connected to several teams where, besides preparing his annual sports career, he has always supported other outstanding drivers. Soon he started to idealize and conceptualize the project that would take him to a higher level in what is one of his greatest motivations: helping drivers reach the glory of victory and titles!
This long and true journey has become the genesis of a dream and a reality: The Racing Factory.
